Individual, Couple, and Family Counseling

I offer therapy sessions in-person in Lubbock or online from anywhere in Texas. I'm available most weekdays and evenings. My areas of specialty include couples therapy, familial conflict, communication issues, and anxiety. My base fee is 80 dollars per session, but I also offer a sliding fee for those who need it. Seeking therapeutic services takes bravery and strength, and can be difficult. Walking alongside you in your journey is an amazing privilege and honor. I offer a collaborative approach, that honors your lived experience and needs. I offer a safe environment for you to feel heard and be seen.
